Ganglioside GM2 is a lipid of Sphingolipids (SP) class. Ganglioside gm2 is associated with abnormalities such as Sensory neuropathy, Neuropathy, Autoimmune Diseases, Polyradiculoneuropathy, Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating and Neuromuscular Diseases. The involved functions are known as Pressure- physical agent, Cytolysis, Inflammation, Complement-Dependent Cytotoxicity and conjugation.
