Glycocholic Acid

Glycocholic acid is a lipid of Sterol Lipids (ST) class. Glycocholic acid is associated with abnormalities such as Gastric ulcer, Kissing ulcers, Liver Cirrhosis, Hepatitis and Wiskott-Aldrich Syndrome. The involved functions are known as Stimulus, Ulcer, Pressure- physical agent, Regulation and Uptake. Glycocholic acid often locates in Mucous Membrane, Gastric mucosa, Hepatic and Blood. The associated genes with Glycocholic Acid are AGXT gene, FABP6 gene and glycine methyl ester hydrochloride. The related lipids are Sterols.
